The CE Shop Named one of Denver's Best Places to Work

The CE Shop offers numerous perks to employees, including an on-­site gym, convenient light rail access, health insurance, 401K employer match, a Performance Management Process, and a “take what you need” PTO policy for salaried employees.
Each new employee is assigned a mentor in a different department to encourage the flow of knowledge and the sharing of expertise. The CE Shop is based around six core values, and one of them (“We give back”) has led to every employee receiving an annual Day of Giving, which is a paid day off to donate their time to a charity of their choice.
A small team within The CE Shop helps operate The CE Shop Foundation, which was formed to fight childhood hunger. Donations to The CE Shop Foundation can be made by customers during the checkout process on The CE Shop website, and in 2015 the Foundation raised enough funds to feed more than 4,000 children and families nationwide.
