We hope you are as excited as we are for the completion of the Southeast Rail Extension bringing us three new stations of the 2.3-mile extension of the E, F and R light rail lines. The community is invited to celebrate the grand opening weekend with the Station Sensation party on Saturday the 18th, at Sky Ridge Station. Head to Lone Tree to celebrate with a street festival including live music, food trucks, and games. The Station Sensation party will be going from 10:00 – 2:00 but you can ride all day because free rides will be offered on the entire RTD rail system on Saturday the 18th!

Why all the excitement? Residents will be able to travel from the RidgeGate station on the new R Line through Aurora to Peoria Station and connect to the commuter train to Denver International Airport. They will be able to travel from RidgeGate to Union Station on the E Line and from RidgeGate to 18th and California in downtown Denver on the F Line. Opening up new opportunities for commuting and traveling across the region.
