Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, Denver South has continued to be a desirable location for businesses to relocate, grow, and expand. Within the past few months, Boom Supersonic signed a lease for a 287,000 square-foot office in Centennial and Fortune 500 firm DCP Midstream relocated its headquarters to Denver South. These are just a couple of the exciting announcements that have taken place in Denver South in the past year, setting the stage for an exciting 2022.

Headlines such as these show Denver South is enticing for companies; and while our deep talent pool, central location, and high quality of life are all major drivers, many companies are likewise drawn by the wide range of office spaces the region has to offer. One of the most unique aspects of the region is the wide array of 100,000 square-foot and larger office spaces available, spanning from unique spaces with easy access to retail and dining to sprawling campuses in established office parks with quick connections to transit. As of January 2022, thirteen different buildings had floorplans over 100,000 square feet available for lease across the Denver South region. These opportunities are highlighted below.

This of course does not include the many new projects underway in the region, many of which are highlighted on our Commercial Real Estate page. Nor does it begin to highlight the benefits of locating your business in Denver South, from proximity to key industry clusters to a highly educated workforce and a high quality of life. Simply put, Denver South can offer an incredible degree of flexibility no matter what your business needs, or where future growth might take you.
