The Denver South Project Nexus Team

As Director of Entrepreneurship, Nathan Bishop helps innovators and entrepreneurs thrive by providing access to advisors, investors, and resource programming in Denver South. He is passionate about supporting and elevating the regional ecosystem by creating impactful advantages for early-stage and scaling startups.
Nathan joined Denver South at the beginning of 2022 after serving as Economic Development Officer for the City of Greenwood Village. With over a decade of experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors, he brings extensive knowledge of place-based solution development, ecosystem promotion, and leveraging industry partnerships. Nathan holds a BS from Murray State University and a graduate degree from the University of Colorado-Denver. He has been a Certified Planner through the American Institute of Certified Planners since 2015 and was recognized in 2016 as a 40 under 40 business leader by the Springfield (IL) Business Journal.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife and children traveling and enjoying the outdoor lifestyle.
