Denver South is excited to welcome Tamie Walker as our new Vice President of Operations & Finance.
At Denver South, Tamie will lead the organization’s finance and operations functions while helping support the strategy and work that connects businesses, communities and partners across the South I-25 corridor. Her role will help strengthen the organization’s operations as Denver South continues to support a growing business community and the people and places that make the region thrive.
Tamie brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, operations and organizational leadership. Most recently, she served as Assistant Vice Chancellor for Business Operations & Analysis at the University of Denver, where she led financial and operational initiatives across the university and helped drive organization-wide improvements.
Her experience includes financial planning, budgeting, team leadership, process improvement and strategic operations. She brings a practical approach to making complex information easier to understand and turning it into clear decisions.
