Denver South’s Edge City Summit is an opportunity to engage with colleagues, regional decision makers, and renowned industry leaders Chuck Marohn and Wes Marshall as we envision the future of the South I-25 Corridor and other similar suburban commercial districts throughout the country.
An “edge city” is a term used to describe a concentration of office, retail, and entertainment development outside of a city’s central business district (CBD), in what had previously been a suburban, residential, or rural area.
