As we navigate an exciting chapter in our organization’s journey, we’re pleased to announce a pivotal shift in leadership as our esteemed President and CEO Tom Brook will be departing from his role after nearly six years of dedicated service. His last day at Denver South will be January 31, 2024.

Stepping into the role of CEO is David Worley, the current Senior Vice President of Denver South. Having been with the organization since February 2023, David brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success.

Board of Director Chair Sam Inman expressed gratitude for Tom’s substantial contributions to the Denver South organization and region, stating, “Tom will certainly be missed. On behalf of everyone at Denver South, I want to thank him for his immeasurable contributions during his tenure.”

During his time as CEO, Tom demonstrated exceptional leadership, driving unprecedented productivity, fostering community relationships, and setting up the organization for long-term success.

I am confident in David’s ability to lead the organization and I look forward to seeing the team continue the great work for the region under David’s leadership. As David takes the reins as CEO, Tom plans to embark on a well-deserved break before determining his next steps. Expressing optimism about the region’s future, Tom remarked, “As a resident of the region, I believe the future of the area is bright, and I look forward to following the great work of the organization and wider community in the region.”

David offered praise for his predecessor, stating, “Tom is a uniquely talented chief executive and will continue to do great things in the region. He has set Denver South on a positive trajectory and led yet another great chapter in our organization’s history.”
