Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, Denver South has continued to be a desirable location for businesses to relocate, grow, and expand. Within the past few months, Boom Supersonic signed a lease for a 287,000 square-foot office in Centennial and Fortune 500 firm DCP Midstream relocated its headquarters to Denver South. These are just a couple of the exciting announcements that have taken place in Denver South in the past year, setting the stage for an exciting 2022.
Headlines such as these show Denver South is enticing for companies; and while our deep talent pool, central location, and high quality of life are all major drivers, many companies are likewise drawn by the wide range of office spaces the region has to offer.
