Development Updates in Denver South

The Denver South region has nearly 85.7 million square feet of combined office, industrial, flex, and retail space accounting for 13% of total space in the 9-county metropolitan area and it continues to grow.

Newer developments ready for business in 2022 include The District in Centennial and RidgeGate East in Lone Tree – just two of many.

Developers Brue Baukol (The District) and Coventry (RidgeGate East) will share their long-term visions for their properties, as well as any recent end-user trends they’re seeing in the market.

This will also be your first chance to see the new Douglas County School District (DCSD) Legacy Campus. Once completed, the campus will enable DCSD to further expand offerings for in-demand Career and Technical Education, Concurrent Enrollment, and other opportunities for students to graduate prepared for careers in rapidly growing industries. DCSD is committed to partnering with postsecondary institutions and industry partners to develop a talent pipeline for our community, securing Denver South’s place as a desirable place to live and work for decades to come.
