GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colorado – April 21, 2016 – The CE Shop has been named a finalist for Denver Business Journal’s annual Best Places to Work list. The Greenwood Villagebased company landed at 4th place for medium-sized companies on 2015’s list, and was lauded as one of 50 companies on Colorado Biz’s 2015 Colorado Companies to Watch list. The release of their new learning management system, LEAP, helped them gain recognition as one of the most innovative companies in the metro area.

“We’re excited to be recognized for the second year in a row,” said Michael McAllister, CEO and co-founder of The CE Shop. “We work hard to ensure that our employees are challenged and believe that success occurs when opportunity meets the very best people.”
The CE Shop offers numerous perks to employees, including an on-site gym, convenient light rail access, health insurance, 401K employer match, a Performance Management Process, and a “take what you need” PTO policy for salaried employees.
Each new employee is assigned a mentor in a different department to encourage the flow of knowledge and the sharing of expertise. The CE Shop is based around six core values, and one of them (“We give back”) has led to every employee receiving an annual Day of Giving, which is a paid day off to donate their time to a charity of their choice.
A small team within The CE Shop helps operate The CE Shop Foundation, which was formed to fight childhood hunger. Donations to The CE Shop Foundation can be made by customers during the checkout process on The CE Shop website, and in 2015 the Foundation raised enough funds to feed more than 4,000 children and families nationwide.

Founded in 2005, The CE Shop provides industry-leading online real estate education and recently celebrated its 10-year anniversary. Over the last 12 months they’ve experienced recordbreaking sales and employee growth and, with a brand new Pre-Licensing course just released in California, the tech company is showing no signs of slowing their growth
